Our Workflow

Our team will meet with you to take all the details related to your case, claim and/or issues; to investigate and deeply-study them.

Concluding and signing THE AGREEMENT by both parties, preparing the Power of Attorney, and paying the first payment of the fees.

Our team shall take care of taking cases and claims to the competent court, presenting before the court, attending sessions, and notifying client of the developments by e-mail.

As soon as the case or claim has gone through the legal procedures before the competent court/courts, and the judgment or the ruling issued is final, our team obtains the Writ of Execution to file it with Execution Dept; to further follow up with the procedures.

After following up and finalizing the execution file, our team makes sure that the file is completed by the court and the amounts are transferred, and thus the second payment of the fees becomes due.
